If you placed your order but the goods had already been shipped out by us;

• Return products within 7 days after delivery.
• New condition and unused.
• Packaging for returns should be as good as the original packaging.
• Return shipping should be arranged and paid by customers.
• We charge a restocking fee of 18% of the price you paid for the item.
• Refunded Amount = Paid Price - Delivery Fee - Restocking Fee (18% of Paid Price).
• Refund is not applicable for goods lost or damaged during return shipping.
• Refunds will be made after we received the returned goods.

If you placed your order but the goods have not been shipped yet,

• Contact us for purchase cancellation.
• Administration fees (RM50.00) in addition to transaction fees charged by financial intermediary will be deducted from your refund.
